Saturday our "AIM - Adventures In Motherhood" group for young mothers put on a fun event for mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends. It was great fun! As part of the entertainment, Hayleigh and I helped out in the "fashion show". We just "modeled" 1 outfit each - it was fun to do and prepare for together:) There was 10 mother/daughter groups that participated in the fashion show. There was several other fun and entertaining things that took place - including the VERY YUMMY dessert bar. It was decorated so cute - the girls loved it... Here are a few pictures from the event:

The theme was "radiant beauty" - and the message given was that if you have Jesus and the love of God in your heart and you hold fast and strong to His word that His Radiant Beauty that is within us will pour out of us overflowing to others. It doesn't matter how much you "primp and prime" your self to be "beautiful" - we are all beautiful in God's eyes. We are beautiful from the inside out!!

Grace - Lisa and Grace also participated in the fashion show with us... We had so much fun picking out our clothes and sharing the event together. Doesn't Grace have beautiful blue eyes? :)
